Kreativ Blogger Award

 

Estou super feliz por ter sido nomeada para o Kreativ Blogger Award. O que é? É um reconhecimento da blogosfera ao trabalho uns dos outros. Chique né? Hahahaha!!! Quem me nomeou foi a querida Cath do blog Lizzie Rose Jewelry, ela também faz bijuterias e eu sigo e super recomendo o blog dela. Muito bem, como mandam as regras do Kreative Blogger Award, eu tenho que contar 7 coisas sobre mim e passar o prémio para 7 blogues que admiro.

 

Então vamos lá:

1 – Eu adoro algodão doce e parques de diversões, não me canço de brincar pareço até criança
2 – Eu não gosto de filmes de terror, fico com o filme na cabeça e morrendo de medo por dias hahaha
3 – Até hoje assisto os contos de fadas: Branca de neve, A Bela e a fera, Cinderela … O meu preferido é Cinderela e não me canço de ver, fazer o que, eu ainda acredito em contos de fadas (vai ver é por isso que tenho medo de filme de terror hahaha)
4 – Adoro sushi e sashimi. Posso comer todos os dias sem enjoar. Super saudável.
5 – Eu danço e canto enquanto limpo a casa. Um show total.
6 – Eu não gosto de Me Bean. Não acho que ele tenha graça nenhuma.
7 – Londres, amo, amo, amo. Minha cidade Europeia favorita e a sua louca Camden Town. Tem um pub atrás da estação de metro de Camden que adoro, o The Wolrds End super rock, super minha cara ( sim eu sou rockeira, apesar de ouvir vários estilos musicais, adoro rock e heavy metal e todos os concertos e festivais que vou são rock/metal)

 

I am very happy for receiving the Kreativ Blogger Award. What is it? It is a recognition of the blogosphere of each other’s work. Fancy right? Hahahaha! Who nominated me was Cath from the blog Lizzie Rose Jewelry, she also makes jewelry and I follow and super recommend her blog. Well, as the rules of the Kreativ Blogger Award say, I have to tell 7 things about me and pass the award to 7 blogs that I admire.

So here we go:

1 – I love cotton candy and amusement parks, I don’t seem to get tired of it, just like a kid
2 – I don’t like horror movies, the movie stays stuck in my head and i stay scared to death for days hahaha
3 – I can still watch Disney fairy tales: Snow White, Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella …
4 – I love sushi and sashimi. Can eat it every day.
5 – I dance and sing while cleanig the house. A full show.
6 – I don’t like Mr Bean. I really see the fun on his movies, think he is annoying.
7 – London, love, love, love. My favorite European city and its crazy Camden Town. There is a pub behind the underground station in Camden that I love The Wolrds End, rock super, super me (yes I am rocker, well I can enjoy various music styles, but I love rock and heavy metal and all the concerts and festivals are going to rock / metal, it’s in my soul)

Contas e Crochê/ Beads and Crochet

Estou super animada por compartilhar as minhas últimas criações aqui com vocês. Os chinelos bordados com contas e bolsinha de crochê, foram feitos de presente para afilhada do Ties. Ela tem 8 anos e ela gostou muito  dos presentes.

I am very excited to be sharing my last work here with you. The embroidered slippers and crochet bag, were made as gift for Ties goddaughter. She is 8 now and she loved them.

Para quem estiver interessado em fazer a bolsinha a receita eu encontrei no blog Tangle Happy, vocês podem encontrar clicando aqui. A receita foi super fácil de seguir só fiz um pouquinho maior do que a receita original, se alguém precisar de ajuda para traduzir eu ficare feliz por ajudar. Os chinelos não são Havaianas, e sim chinelos de borrachas normais, e eu fui inventando o bordado durante o trabalho.

If you are interested in making the bag, i’ve found the pattern in the Tangle Happy blog, you can find it here . The pattern ws very easy to follow I’ve just made this one a little bigger than the original pattern. The slippers are normal rubber slippers, and i made the decoration up during the work.

Chinelos Bordados – Beaded Slippers

Novidade, novidade… Os chinelos bordados com pedrarias ficam muito lindas e já invadiram o mundo feminino no Brasil  há alguns anos e está fazendo um enorme sucesso até hoje. Eu mesmo tenho um par que foram trazidos do Brasil e adoro. Durante as minhas férias lá, vi tantos modelos lindos de chinelos bordados, que quis tentar fazer também. Aproveitei e trouxe alguns chinelos e pedrarias que não são fáceis de encontrar aqui na Europa. Me empolguei essa semana e me aventurei a bordar. E para primeira vez, acho que me sai muito bem., só os meu dedos que sofreram um pouquinho com tantas picadas de agulha . E adorei a experiência e quero criar mais e mais. E com o verão quase ai, nada melhor que usar chinelos comfortáveis e lindos.

The slippers decorated with beads are very beautiful and has invaded the women world in Brazil a few years ago and is doing a great success till today. I even have some my own that were brought from Brazil and i love them. During my holidays there, I saw so many beautiful designs of beaded slippers, that wanted to try to make them too. I brought some slippers and jewels that are not easy to find here in Europe. This week started the adventure to embroider. And for the first time, I think I did very well. Only my fingers that suffered a bit with so many needle sticks . And I loved the experience and want to create more and more. And with summer almost there, nothing better than to wear comfortable and beautiful slippers.

Já estou quase terminando outro par, logo, logo posto aqui pra mostrar pra vocês.

Férias – Holidays

Os dias voaram e as férias acabaram. No inicio dessa semana, voltamos à Holanda. Nas 3 semanas que passaram, passamos 4 dias com a minha familia em Portugal e 17 dias no Brasil. No Brasil ficamos em Nerópolis – Goiás, a pequena cidade onde cresci. Os meus pais, irmã, sobrinho e eu nos mudamos para Portugal em 2000, quando eu tinha 14 anos. E desde então só tinha ido visitar o Brasil uma vez. Foi muito bom ver a minha familia novamente, o lugar onde cresci, pessoas com quem convivi, relaxar nas águas quentinhas de Caldas Novas, curtir as belezas de Corumbá de Goiás e o melhor de tudo, foi poder partilhar isso com o Ties.

The days went by so fast and the holidays are over. In the beggining of this week we came back to Holland. In the 3 weeks we were away, we spent 4 days with my family in Portugal and 17 days in Brazil. In Brazil we stayed in Nerópolis – Goiás, the small town where I grew up. My parents, sister, nephew and I, moved to Portugal in 2000, when i was 14. And since then, I’ve only went there for a visit once. It was very good to see the family again, the place where I grew up, people I knew, relax in the warm water from Caldas Novas, enjoy the beauty of Corumbá de Goiás, and the best of all, was to be able to share all of it with Ties.

Tiara de crochê – Crochet headband

Pufff!! Que correria que anda por aqui. Estamos nos preparando para as nossas férias. Por essa hora na próxima Terça Feira estaremos no Brasil. Amanhã vamos para Portugal, ver meus pais, irmã e sobrinhos, e de lá voamos pro Brasil na Segunda Feira. Estou super feliz por ver a familia e amigos e mostrar para o Ties um pouco do lugar que eu nasci e cultura. E para as arteiras de plantão, hoje vou mostrar uma tiara de crochê que fiz para mim. E tem a receita também, para quem quiser fazer. Acho que a flôr dá um toque super fofo. Bora pro passo a passo.

Pufff!!! It’s been a bit crazy here lately. We are getting ready for our holidays. By this time next Tuesday we will be in Brazil. Tomorrow we fly to Portugal, to spend some time with my parents, sister and nephews, e on Monday we fly to Brazil. I’m very excited to see the rest of my family and friends. And also to show Ties the place i was born and a bit of our culture. And for the crafters out there, today i’m gonna show a crochet headband i’ve made for myself, and there is also the pattern if you would like to make it too. I think the flower makes it very cute. Lets take a look on the pattern.

Tiara:
Faça correntinha de modo a que caiba na cabeça de quem vai usar. No meu caso eu fiz 80 correntinhas. Junte com ponto baixissimo. Faça duas (ou mais) carreiras de ponto baixo.

Flôr:
6 correntinhas e junte formando um anel.
1ª carreira: 3 corr (conta como 1 pa), 15 pa no anel, junta com ponto baixissimo na terceira correntinha. ( 16 pa)
2ª carreira: 3 corr (conta como 1 pa), pa na mesma corr onde você juntou a carreira anterior, *2 pa no próximo ponto*. Repita apartir de * em volta, junte com ponto baixissimo na terceira corr do começo. (32 pa)
3ª carreira: * 4 corr, pule os próximos 2 pa, ponto baixo no próximo pa. Repita apartir de * em volta. Junte com ponto baixissimo.
4ª carreira: *7 pa na próxima 4 corr, pb no próximo pb*. Repita apartir de * em volta. Terminando com ponto baixissimo.
Agora é só costurar a flôr na tiara, e se quiser adicione uma conta.

Headbandd:
For the band, create a crochet chain. Measure it to the size of head you are fitting it to.Mine was 80 ch.
Then, link the two ends together. Make two (or more) rows of single crochet stitches.

Flower:

Round 1: ch3 (count as dc), 15 dc in ring,sl st to third ch of beg. ch3. (16 dc)
Round 2: ch3 (count as dc), dc in same space as joining, *2dc in next dc*. Repeat from * around, sl st to third ch of beg. ch3. (32 dc)
Round 3: *ch4, skip next 2 dc, sc in next dc*. Repeat from * around ending with sl st to previous joining st.
Round 4: *7 dc in next ch4 space, sc in next sc*. Repeat from * around, ending with sl st to previous joining st.

Now you just need to sew the flower to the headband, and if you want you can add a bead to it.

Mais Pulseiras – More Bracelets

Ao que parece eu estou um pouquinho viciada em pulseiras. Tenho também feito algumas peças em crochê que em breve mostrarei aqui. Hoje vou mostrar duas pulseiras fresquinhas.

Looks like I am a little addicted on creating bracelets. I have also made some pieces in crochet, and I will be posting them here soon. Today’s post will be showing two very fresh bracelets.

Simplesmente adoro fazer crochê em arame – Just love to make wire crochet.

Adorei o resultado final dessa pulseira e como fica no braço. Estou trabalhando no colar a combinar.

Lã + agulha – wool + needle

Tenho muitas novidades para mostrar essa semana. E como o blog tem tido muitas visitas de outros países, apartir de hoje os posts serão em português e inglês. Hoje vou mostrar os minha ultima experiência em crochê.

So many new things to show you this week. And as we have had some visitors from other countries, from now on there will be posts in portuguese and english. Today im gonna show you my latest crocheted piece.

Adoro crochê e fiz a poucos dias esse cachecol/gola e gostei tanto do resultado final, que quero partilhar aqui com vocês. A receita encontrei aqui, é bem fácil de seguir, e muito boa para principiantes.

A únca coisa que fiz de diferente da receita oiginal, foi fechar para virar uma “gola” de duas voltas.

I love crochet and i’ve made this coil a  couple of days ago, and i liked the final result so much, that i want to share it here with you. The patern i found it here, and it is very easy to follow, and perfect for crochet beginners.

The only different thing i’ve done from the original patern was to close it, to make it a coil.
